The chair, as Nigel Tufnel has given the world to say, takes an already powerful image and cranks it up to eleven.
One daren’t comment on this image, for fear of self-discrimination.
And yet it needs be said: the chair is not kind, neveryoumind the
inequities of Time’s Arrow — the women appear with longated torsi
atop foreshortened legs, like Alice in Wonderland, The Acid Test.
