nice shot – new wallpaper for me – reminds me how much I like such tender translucent unexpected fungi
After crossing the river to attend the OMEGA Breakfast Club in Sellars, Indiana, I stopped at the Falls of the Ohio for a little slow parkour on the Devonian rocks there. The log the tiny delicate fungi grew on is part of a snag of flotsam wood (trees and parts of trees deposited on the latest high water line. The whole place is a continual fractal cascade on the Heraclition flow of the big river.
at our age, parkour is spelled “park” “our” “asses”
