The photo a tight crop of the bas relief above the entrance of the Tulsa Fire Alarm Building. This Art Deco temple of fire alarms was built in 1931 when Tulsa was Oklahoma’s Oil Capital.  According to Wikipedia, architect Frederick Kershner was inspired by Mayan building design, which seems entirely appropriate.
